I came in tonight for some milk and bread. I recently fractured my ankle and I'm on crutches. The lovely lady helped me grab everything and then even helped me take the bag out to my car. She went above and beyond and it was highly appreciated!

Rob is amazing! I have been going to this place for the last 8 years and everytime I enter Rob is polite and always remembers my name, and greets me with a welcoming hello.

My husband & I have been filling up at the Arana Shell for 25+ years. Rob (who has been there many years before) has ALWAYS greeted us as if we're best friends and somehow has never forgotten our names. It's a shame there aren't more like him in other businesses, they could learn a lot about 'customer service'! Thanks Rob for making us feel special.........
