Amazing food! One of the best places I’ve been to in Sydney. Each savoury dish was delicious and unique in its own way. Would 100% go again. The corn was average and worth a skip.

Jung Sung exceeded all expectations with their Korean contemporary cuisine. From the moment we entered, the staff's attentiveness and professionalism added to the impeccable dining experience. The flavors were exquisite, and the overall experience unforgettable. A must-visit for food enthusiasts! Additionally, the highlight of the night was Buckwheat noodle.

It was a traditional Korean fine dining restaurant that incorporated the elegance of fine dining with the simplicity of Korean cuisine. The main dish of duck was tender, and the variation of the palette-changer dessert before the main course provided a unique experience. It is highly recommended to pair the menu with traditional Korean liquors that are also available for sale. The staff were friendly, and the food quality was excellent. This is a perfect place to spend time with a loved one on a special occasion. If you are visiting Sydney, it's worth stopping by at least once.

First of all, wow. The service is incredible. I don't usually have dietary restrictions but now, I can't eat raw foods, and the staff and chef kindly made sure every dish was cooked through and even swapped the sashimi for this amazing bibimbap! All the dishes tasted delicious, we were especially blown away by the mains (husband ordered the wagyu and I ordered the duck). I'm so glad we ordered two sweet corn desserts as I would not have wanted to share, they were that good! After I raved about our dinner to my parents, they immediately booked to go in a couple of days. Thank you again for being so accommodating and we will definitely be back!

An innovative and contemporary re-make of delicious Korean degustation. There are undoubtedly many fantastic Korean restaurants in Sydney, from barbecues to jigae (soup) places, but nothing as unique as Jung Sung. The degustation menu is dictated by the seasons, and the chef strive to create innovative food bursting with traditional Korean flavours. I was completely blown away by the amount of thoughts put into menu design, cooking techniques, and the end presentation of the courses. Every single course has its own merit, the flavours and ingredients are well-balanced, together create a wholesome and plentiful dining experience. My favourite would be the beef/steak main and the signature sweet caramel corn. But the menu does change frequently, and the main I had is no longer offered. Would definitely go back and try their new menu.

I attended the 8:30pm degustation menu on a Saturday evening with two friends. The food was beautifully presented and the menu was carefully balanced to get a taste of everything they offer. Really enjoyed the Korean flavours and fusions in each dish and they have quite a robust drinks/cocktail menu which was great. I would come back and try the add ons to see how the size of the dishes compare to the degustation menu items. The service was great however we were advised as soon as we sat down that this is the last setting and that we would need to be out by 10:30pm. Which is a normal seating time allocation. I did feel that there was a lack of ambiance and was a little too quiet for my liking, however that could be due to the fact there were only two other tables occupied during our time. By the time we had finished our course the chef and most of the staff had left, which made us feel there was an urgency to leave. Overall a nice experience however personally I feel more comfortable in places with more ambiance and warm and inviting environments.
