Best yoga I’ve tried. Jan is a master of gentle and restorative classes if you are recovering from injury, pregnant, or just want to take it easy. Her general classes are fantastic, well paced and safe and at the same time allow you to develop and progress in the practice. Leanne’s classes are a bit more dynamic, but I feel absolutely refreshed after, love them.

Lovely studio with THE BEST Iyengar teacher. Jan can work around individual issues to get you into the poses, to benefit you physically and mindfully.

This is the place to go for Iyengar yoga. Jan Smith is a senior teacher with extensive knowledge. In fact all the teachers are very good and there are classes to suit all levels.
