I am very grateful that Freeda and her team looked after my partner and I for our first rental together. She did an amazing job from the very beginning to the end.She was always very helpful. She always called to give us enough notice if there was a fire inspection or any other strata obligations.We are moving out because I've been offered a job in Queensland. If by any chance we come back to Sydney, I will happily contact Freeda and rent through her again.In regards to all the documentation, bond, rent ledger and end of lease, everything was very transparent from day 1.To conclude, I will say that she is hands down the best real estate agent I've had. Outstanding Agency, tremendous attention to detail. Known Freeda for over 20 years. I have found her to be at all times professional. As a landlord she has always managed my properties as if they are her own, however more importantly she has worked closely with tenants looking out for their interests so to help maintain long term relationships between landlords and good tenants. Your Estate Agency manages several properties for us. Being extremely busy I need someone who is able to manage our properties and keep them rented out. Freeda and her staff do a fantastic job and are proactive at getting decent tenants for our properties.

Having had to work with this company for over 8 years, I would highly recommend against working with them in my opinion. It is my belief that they are rude, abrasive, lazy, and unprofessional. In the 8 years of tenancy, they inspected the property once only to my knowledge. In my opinion, tenants could've completely destroyed the place and the landlord would never know if they used this agency.It is my belief that they are disorganized and have no idea how to manage properties.This review is my opinion based on 8 years of dealing with them.

No doubt the good reviews are all from property owners and tenants seeking to move in.Freeda is the most unprofessional agent I have ever came across when dealing with end of lease with tenants. Most polite when you rent but when it comes to moving out, her responses and instructions are unclear and apathetic.Arrears were shown to us without clear and proper explanation. We have yet to receive our rental bond 3 weeks after we have moved out, although she claimed that rental bond has been released to Fair Trading.She has asked us to call Fair Trading to check on the rental bond without giving us rental bond number.Rental bond number was given to us only after a few requests. To date we have not received proof of rental bond release to Fair Trading.Be extremely careful when you deal with this unprofessional real estate agency if you are renting through them.

They are simply the BEST. It has been an honour and a pleasure to deal with Your Estate Agency. Freeda is one of the best real-estate agents I have had, she is professional, always available and works hard to get the best result for the lessor and lessee. I cannot recommend this organation enough.
