I got my nails done, was in and out within an hr. Lovely ladies in there

Did a really nice job of my nails, super friendly, weren’t rough at all or rushed (a lot of places in Sydney are!!)Highly recommend !

horrible experience. I had my nails done at 4 pm on a Wednesday. I texted them at 9:30 in the morning on Thursday that my nail had snapped and they wouldn’t replace it. “its not their problem”all the nails are unevenly shaped

Best quality nails in Mildura by far. Yes sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, but it's so worth it. I've tried a few other nail places in town, but its never the same quality. Definitely reccomend

I booked an appointment for 4:15pm I got there 10mins to 4pm and they made me wait until 5pm they served a walk in before me. I had told them what I wanted and even showed them a picture, they did not do what I had requested and they tried to change the shape all together after one hand I told them no more that I will pay for the one hand that they messed up and they charged me $60 without the full set. I payed the $60 but I will not be going back here. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

I went in and requested to get acrylics done. Had mentioned multiple times throughout the service I was not happy that all the nails were different lengths and the lady tried saying it was normal. Got charged $70 and left. Next day I went back and asked for a refund as my nails are in so much pain, got told “we don’t care” and she was going to charge me $20 to get them removed.

Don't waste your time! Rude. I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 10am told 'cash only today love' so I go and hunt an ATM. At 10.20am, still waiting my child needed to use the bathroom. Can we use your toilet please? No she says. Go to public toilet. Come back. Sorry we waited 5 minutes for you we haven't got time to do your nails". Rude RUDE DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS."

I took my 13yr old sister in today to get her nails done for the very first time ever!! And as soon as we walked in they were alrweady giving her dirty looks and hey just to make it clear.. SHE IS BLACK SHE HAS DARK SKIN AND A AFRO!! we went in about 12pm we waited 10 mins just for us to sit together bc I didn’t want her getting ripped off, 2 hours go past and we both only have tips put on, no acrylic no polish nothing explain to me how you can serve 29 other people after sitting me and my black sister down AWAY FROM OTHERS making sure when customers come in they DONT sit next to her and then when I go and say that’s it get up we are leaving after 3 hrs and 45 mins does that mean you quickly rush over and finish my sisters nails!! They haven’t finished my nails I’m sitting at home with my hand full of nails and no colour and the other 2 nails and only the tips nothing else

Wouldn’t fix my broken nail because there was no “time” although clearly it was because I disclosed I originally got them done at another salon - only in Mildura now for work purposes. I was happy to pay.Polite enough however I won’t be recommended this business to any of the 30 people I’ve come into town with. Relationships matter.
