Ash has been helping me out with a TMJ (jaw) issue. He came highly recommended from an orthodontist in the area and I can see why. He is thorough in defining the issue and concise in explaining what's happened, his approach and the steps you need to take between sessions to get relief. Though it all sounds quite rigid and scientific Ash is highly personable and easy to get along with. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a physio. Thank you Ash!

I went to Ash with neck and back pain after recently becoming a new mum. I have been so happy with the treatment I have received so far and have had results surpassing my expectations; my neck has not felt this good in my adult life! I was having issues with my left shoulder which turns out to be a rotator cuff problem. I've now seen Ash a couple of times and have found him to be very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.He was quickly able to identify a number of contributing factors and has been providing therapies which have been very helpful.I'm very happy to recommend Ash. It's still early days on getting my shoulder back to normal but, given my experiences so far, I'm very confident that Ash will help me get there.
