Amazing range and fantastic customer service!

Love the store, love their range, love their service. Their Weber range is particularly good!

I got a Weber from my nana and it was missing a pin to hold the lid and I come to this store to buy one and I thought it would’ve been an odd request but the lovely lady walked out back then come back and gave me 2 for free and I was absolutely shocked.. I didn’t expect to get any to be honest so that blew me away. Thank you so much!! I wish I got your name. Highly recommended, the customer service is above and beyond!

Staff are fantastic. Went on for a part for my weber, now have a new one. Ha

They ‘smoke’ the competition away! I purchased a pellet smoker though these guys a few weeks ago and despite some supplier issues with shipping, they kept me up to date every day with the order. Extremely great customer service and super friendly staff who are very knowledgeable in all things bbq. I live on the Gold Coast but will gladly drive out to shop with them! Thanks again guys! 10/10!

This Store has it right!!In a time where online shopping is convenient you can't get the level of service this team provides, Nothing is ever a problem and you can't walk through the door without being greeted with a friendly smile.There is not enough stars I can give this Business.

I’m not at all surprised by the awesome rating Barbeques & More have. I went down today after speaking to Brett on the phone who was very polite and had an excellent attitude. It’s nice to feel like I’m not just another customer and Brett definitely made sure of that. After speaking with him to sort out a deal he spoke with the manager and was transferred to April. April took the customer service level to the next step by negotiating a bundle deal. Webers hold a strict standard price (like iphones etc) so it’s hard to negotiate but she managed it and I was blown away by what we got. Originally my wife and I went in to get the spirit II. We walked out with a genesis II which packs value for money. A couple of hundred more gave us something we won’t need to upgrade in the future and that was all because of April’s product knowledge and personal approach to the sale. We were not pushed at all to buy the better model, we didn’t feel like it was just a sale to increase their profits. The genuineness of the service and product knowledge helped us make a decision that was right for us.April and Brett, thank you for helping us choose the right product. I don’t think we will go anywhere else for our BBQ needs after this experience.
