I just had Mahmoud & his dedicated amazing team attend my old bungalow in Coburg to do some relevelling and to add some additional stumps. The works that Mahmoud & his team completed is very noticeable and now all doors close, floors level and the bench top now level too. I would highly recommend Mahmoud & the team over anyone else. Everything was explained in detail and only did what was required. A pleasure to deal with. A++++++++

Mahmoud and his team did a great job restumping our house in Pascoe Vale South. We're really excited that we can keep moving forward with our renovation, now that our house is level and strong. What a wonderful start to our renovations! Mahmoud and his team were fantastic! He was super professional from the moment I met with him to quote the job to the last text message, very easy to deal with, transparent and honest and very happy to show you and explain exactly what they were doing under our floor. Our new home didn't have a lot of room underneath and they had to enter from a new floor access point we installed in a wardrobe. His staff were incredibly hardworking, on time and the house was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would recommend Mahmoud and his team to anyone looking for a quality re-stumper. Mahmoud and his team have done a great job restumping my house in Watsonia. I was impressed with the result that my house is now perfectly levelled. During the process, Mahmoud is honest and was ready to go above and beyond. His team worked hard and paid attention to details to ensure the job is done professionally. The house needed more stumps than our initial estimate but Mahmoud was able to complete it within the budget set out in the quote. The site was also returned clean and rubbish free. I highly recommend him.

We came across Mahmoud's business Reblocking and Underpinning Solutions via hipages and he was one of 4 companies we contacted for quotes regarding our 100+ yo property in Bendigo. He was the only one of the 4 businesses to take the time to 1) visit the property in person 2) provide honest advice on the work requiredand 3) ensure we understood why he was making his recommendations. He even came to our home on a Sunday to show us photos of what needed addressing and to walk us through his planned approach. Mahmoud and his team did an outstanding job restumping our house and he kept us well informed throughout the entire process, sending photos and calling with updates. When it turned out additional work was required (bracing between stumps - at the request of the inspector) he only charged us for materials, which was so kind. It's hard to find professionals like Mahmoud these days and we would absolutely not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others or contract him again in future. I contacted Mahmoud based on the strength of his Google reviews after receiving 2x quotes for re-leveling my house. Mahmoud is probably the most trustworthy trades person I've ever met. He recommended NOT to underpin our house and re-level it instead, saving me thousands of dollars that he could have quite easily taken from me. He genuinely cared about us and advised us to wait a few years to see if we really required underpinning.He asked me a lot of questions when doing the quote and took his time. Booking the job was very easy and his price was by far the fairest. His team arrived at 8am and they were finished just after lunch. Couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough. I would never even consider talking to someone else other than him for this type of work again.Thank you Mahmoud!

Extremely happy with Mahmoud and his team. In challenging circumstances on a sloping block with old wood stumps in concrete, we are very pleased with the restumping job they completed on our house in Coburg and would highly recommend him to all. He has great communication skills, is very good at explaining the process and made has feel very comfortable that he could get the job done.
