Avoid.... Paying high rent then went employment has a down turn and you ask and beg this real estate leway, you won't get it here, seems this one of course.. only cater to other Asian, but if you are a Aussie, they will screw you over, pls avoid !!

Very poor experience. Complete incompetence. Lucky our rental didn't burn down after this real estate sent unqualified electrician to change light bulbs. Burning smell, flickering lights. Nightmare at check out. Mouldy air-conditioning causing breathing issues was a hassle to have remedied and then tried to pressure us into having internal cleaned again at our cost when we left - it wasn't left mouldy. This is a brief summary.
