We had a very positive experience with Democorp. We organised the demolition ourselves and we found the sales staff (Belinda & James) friendly, responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process. The on-site crew (Andrew & co) was very professional & friendly as well and they did everything we asked and more. The demolition went very smoothly, and they left the site in perfect condition - in the words of our builder Gotta love Democorp

Great job. From start to finish we were very happy with Belinda and James. Belinda was always very quick at answering any questions we had. Democorp definitely took a lot of the stress out of what could have been a very stressful occasion. Hoping the rest of the knockdown/rebuild goes as smoothly. Very happy!!

Honest, fast, reliable, great communication, professional.Democorp was all this, cannot recommend them enough if you need a house knocked down and removed.

Democorp have been excellent to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to demolish their home. Belinda and James made sure the process was stress-free and as easy as possible. The team were extremely honest and all fees were presented upfront making sure there was no hidden charges. The neighbours even commented on how professional and kind the team working onsite were ensuring their was no disruption to the surrounding homes. The site was left in an immaculate condition and works completed within the timings stated.

Couldn’t be happier we chose to go with Democorp.June 2020 - Got quotes from 12 companies, Democorp came out mid-range but seemed most transparent and knowledgeable when speaking to them. T&Cs all laid out with their license and registration all provided even at quoting stage, no funny business.Dec 2020 - Finally demolished house after rescheduling 5 times due to builder delays. Democorp re-booked us no issues as long as sufficient notice given. Demo was super quick and efficient. Site left clean. Two extra charges that couldnt be foreseen during quoting stage but we were warned in advance to keep it in mind. One was for contents of oil tank for old fireplace,other was asbestos embedded concrete slab under the house. Photos were taken and sent to us with neighbours houses in background, they offered for us to see in person but neither could make it ans we trusted the guys. Tip receipt provided with documents, price per tonne was already listed in T&Cs so we knew how much to expect.April 2021 - Had abit of a run in with our builder claiming Demo guys should have removed council crossover. Called up James about this and he explained the process and that builder was meant to us it as temp driveway or else the builder has to backfill for public liability purposes. Offered to go out of his way and speak to the builder himself. In the meantime we called 2 certifiers, the council and others in the industry for advice who all confirmed James was 100pc on the money. Builder came back to us saying oh yes they have work permit to do our new driveway therefore they will be the ones to remove *facepalm* James had personally tried to call through to builder for 2 workings days, only got through on the 3rd day by which point they had realised their mistake and rectified it already. James went out of his way 5 months after his job was done and dusted, payment paid in full so his obligation was done but still lended us a hand even with all the increased work since the governments Homebuilder grant.If that's not the living embodiment of fair dinkum true blue we don’t know what is. We hope there will be no more issues when the builder gets on site next month butt we have every confidence that if there is, we can always go back to Democorp for solutions.Don’t look elsewhere. After speaking to many demolition companies and obtaining multiple quotes, Democorp was by far the best choice and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind with their job, commitment to timelines, responsiveness and the best customer service and advice given.From the very first phone calls, to booking in the quotation and job, James and Belinda have been excellent to deal with and took the time to talk us through the process, what to expect, what's included as well as providing general advice in the lead up to demolition and post demolition.It was so easy to deal with them, fuss free and best of all it was a one stop shop that many other companies do not offer with disconnection of services both plumbing and electrical (level 2) as well as referring us to a great Private Certifier to take care of the demolition approval (NHCG - New Home Certification Group).This enabled us to get our job done on time with peace of mind knowing we were in good hands which was evident from the preliminary calls and their communication throughout the job was just excellent.These guys are total professionals at what they do and they are committed to their customers.Thank you Democorp for making it all possible for us and anyone who is undecided on a demolition contractor need to look no further these guys are the BEST!

We are really happy about our demolishing work, it was recently done by Democorp. James and Belinda were very helpful through the whole process. Their quote and information were really clear and easy to understand, specifically for people like us doing it the first time. Everything has been explained to us in details and clear.
