The shop itself is just like any other woollies, but Anthony the security worker makes it the single best woollies worldwide. Top lad, super helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Having a chat with Anthony should be listed as the no 1 thing to do in Isa

Great variety of products. Late in day so shelves needed restocking. Thank you for opening SO MANY till points. Your store is an example to ALL Other WWorth stores across Australia. Your security and check out personnel are very pleasant. Well done woolies!

Shame it is closed on Sundays and closes early on Sat (same with Coles) to avoid 'competition' with the other local stores (???). Such a bizarre concept that is doing more to hurt this town instead of supporting it. (On a Sunday it's a complete ghost town and no one goes anywhere to shop). Other than that this is a really fantastic Woolies store that has amazing food options and friendly, hardworking staff.The only other feedback I would give is please provide bread options that doesn't contain palm oil - it really isn't sustainable. Other Woolies stores have bread rolls that are made without it.

Nice clean large store. Selection of products available not like larger city's but you can find a substitute in most cases. Prices comparable with larger city stores

If it could be less stars, it would. Constantly under-stocked, under-trained staff, register line ups are ridiculous...deli staff can't be bothered to cut some of the things on display.If the shelves are empty (as usual) better ask 2 staff if it's in the back. Person one will say no and the next person will actually go and get it.Very frustrating shopping experience
