I recently visited Cha with some shoulder and back issues I’ve had for many years. She was excellent to communicate with during the consult regarding the pain I currently have, as well as excellent massage techniques throughout the session. She addressed all the points of my pain with her broad range of knowledge as well as applying cupping therapy to the specific region and surrounding area. I highly recommend Cha as a Remedial Massage therapist as not only did I leave feeling much better, but she also made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Will definitely be visiting Cha again.

The therapy room could do with a decor refresh looked tired not as in advert picture it was very cold considering it was winter no heating. Whitney Houston music being played thumbs down on that. Despite that therapist was very nice. The massage was good loved the use of hot stones. My muscles certainly are more relaxed today. Would I go back maybe but not in winter
