When I rang they asked me to come in later so I wouldn’t be waiting long. The trainee got stuck so another girl took over and did a great job. Will go back.

Love coming to Ann Ann nails for my manicure and pedicures. The girls are so friendly and it’s such a relaxing experience ❤️

I have been to a few nail salons and have had horrible to mediocre experiences, so have opted to do my own nails due to this. On a whim, I decided to treat myself and found this salon.The service, price and quality of work was great.I am very happy with my nails and will definitely come back.They do get busy very quickly, so be prepared to wait a while.

pretty disappointed with my experience here. i went twice - once to get SNS and once to get SNS removed. both times the customer service was very poor as the staff spent almost the entire time chatting to each other, facing away from the customers whose nails they were doing.the SNS service i received was uneven on all nails - both the shape and size. the woman who did my nails was more involved with her conversation with colleague than doing my nails. i had to remind her twice about what nail she was up to and how many layers she had already done.i figured i would give them another chance but was treated very rudely when i arrived and decided to just get my SNS removed instead of re-done. the woman who removed my SNS was very rough and aggressive on my nails and cuticles. at one point she caused my cuticles to bleed on two fingers and did not move the nail filing machine in a back-and-forth motion and 'burnt' me (for lack of a better word) from the friction on 3 separate occasions. she did not apologise even though i was clearly in pain.would not recommend.

Absolutely love Ann Ann Nails! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and they never fail to amaze me. Ann especially has done such an amazing job on my nails and I couldn’t recommend them more!Definitely have a forever client in me! ☺️

Have been here few time , feel very comfortable ,they make my nails fresh and beautiful , special pedicure really good to feel your feet nice and warm soak with very beautiful foot massage . Sns medicure also very good and stay last long . Come back soon .

I have been many Times to have my nails done at this nail salon. I’ve always had sns french.I haven’t been that happy with the last two times I’ve been. After a week the snsWent a yellow colour and my nails would get cracks across the top of them. Today I decided to do acrylic as I’ve had them in the past. Was very disappointed in the way they were done. I had to have a tip put in my thumb as the nail had broken. It hasn’t been glued on properly and I have a gap In between my nail and the tip. The acrylic was applied in one go not building up little at a time. The French ( white part ) of the nail was painted on with a white gel and a heat lamp was used. If the end result was fantastic I wouldn’t be writing a bad review. They have lost me as a customer.

Really disappointed with my pedicure. My toes were cut in completely different shapes, my big toes are completely different sizes. And this is not the first time. The service is fine and the ladies are nice but some look like they have no idea what they’re doing. Will not be going back.

Wonderful service, Anh and Laura are awesome and the customer service is very high. They take care and offer refreshing drinks to make the experience even more enjoyable. 11/10 service - would 100% recommend. Please see below awesome looking nails! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
