Infinity Pharmacy Pialba

Pialba store. Went in today to return a faulty “safe + sound pill box. Less than 7 days old and the am/pm labels are rubbing off. The staff member called me a liar and accused me of trying to return an old one. She implied I bought a new one and tried to return an old one. The manager also agreed with her. I tried to explain that I bought it last week and why would I try to cheat them out of only $6.97. My family and I will never do business there again. Very very rude staff.

First visit was good, second visit i dropped off 2 prescriptions, had a query about one, said i had shopping to do and would be back, the pharmacist was very helpful and lovely, came back to pick them up and was given only one of my prescriptions and told, no, you only gave us one and an empty box, the 2 people behind the counter swore that i only gave them one, the pharmacist went on the hunt, looking at the camera and computer, and all the while the 2 behind the counter basically calling me for a liar that i only gave them one script, i never get one without the other so it made no sense, WELL wouldn’t you know it! after a good 20 mins the pharmacist looked at the computer and said, wait I did that one first? it should be here! she then found that one of the staff put it into another basket but that staff person denied any wrongdoing, the pharmacist apologised many times but the 2 so called professional people behind the counter did not....

I visited the pharmacy on Sunday last, and was very pleased with theservice I received, The pharmacist, gave me advice, as I am a type 2Diabetic, and then the sales girl, named Bronte, was very helpful infinding a particular lotion for dry skin and a vitamin D, on the wholeI am glad I have joined a business that has people who know theirproducts, and can be so pleasant and helpful.
