Fantastic Furniture

I purchased a modular lounge suite in March 2021 and have been very happy with the unit. On Monday 14/11/22 the mechanism for the footrest/seat recline broke. I rang Fantastic Furniture at Gunghalin (where we purchased the unit). Very helpful staff advised me to take pictures and/or video of the problem. I did and sent the images to them (I actually went to deliver them personally at the store as my mail server found the attachments to large to send). The staff, very helpful again, transferred the images to their system and also advised they had put a replacement unit to one side in case the issue could not be repaired. The next day, Tuesday 15/11, the store rang and said they had authorisation to replace the entire end seat unit and that it would be delivered on Thursday 17/11. True to their word the unit was delivered around 10am and installed and tested to ensure no issues. I am extremely impressed with the after sales service and support and the fast turnaround that occurred. Rang on Monday and new unit installed the following Thursday. Now, no-one can argue that that isn't service. My thanks again Fantastic Furniture at Gunghalin and to the very helpful staff there. I highly recommend the store as they have excellent warranties on their products, just in case. Six years on the purchase we made. Cheers

Really nice place, remarkable staff and stuff, prices $$ affordable, quality medium++, smily faces, nice smell and a clean showroom, many varieties, they aren't sticky to you like other places, take your time to see and decide, nobody pushing you, recommended

Customer service not following up the queue properly. Make me wait for another customer who comes after me.

This place has the potential to be great however their policies destroy the experience. There was the perfect item I'm store on the floor for our needs however they did not have any stock to sell. When I said I was happy to take the floor stock I was told it was store policy NOT to sell floor stock under any circumstance so we went elsewhere and bought something else which met our needs to a lesser degree.

I recently ordered few items from the Gungahlin store. Razi "was a knowledgable and patient salesman. He knows different products with different features in their store and helped me to find the right ones based on my preferances and needs. With his assisstance I saved time in my search and I am happy with the result."

They let us sit in the desk chairs for nearly an hour was pretty cool

The manager of the store, Mick, provided excellent customer service. Our furniture arrived in poor condition . Yet, when we contacted the store Mick went to another store to get the same furniture, as the Gunghalin store was out of stock, and delivered it to us personally within 3 business days. I was very impressed and grateful for his assistance.

I did an online click and collect order. Immediately received a confirmation email and that my order was ready to collect now. Wow that was quick. Very easy to find the collection warehouse thanks to google maps, although a sign on the road/laneway would be helpful.Extremely clean and neat warehouse and the 2 men working there were more than happy and helpful.

I bought online and pick up in Gungahlin. I want to commend the staff especially , Rebecca. I have returned as it was damaged. Rebecca extended her help and service to reorder it for me quickly and with so many phone calls I made she was just very patient and nice. She's one of your Fantastic" . Thank you and I shall wait for the replacement soon. Ressieas they are nice and accommodating."

I ordered an armchair that had arrived from the warehouse with the wrongs legs. The staff sourced a pair of new legs for me that day and made the whole thing better. Thank you for your help! Would happily shop here again.
