Rockmans Loganholme
This store is always popular. There are things here that are hard to find in other places. I usually just buy gift vouchers but I have noticed over time that the store is busy and has many loyal customers. The store is at the Big W end of the mall which is not as popular as other sections, but it is well placed next to the entrance ramp and the elevator to the car park. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service. Shows online that it closes at 9pm but when arrive 8.10pm it people says inside that it closed.

Don’t answer either phone’s if you try and call them. Very bad customer service too. Didn’t help me with what I was after too. Don’t think I will go back and shop at rockmans after this.

Very friendly service. Needing an exchange or refund for a faulty garment the assistant was so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the attitude and friendliness and ease of exchange
