We had our beautiful Alfie (jack Russell/Australian terrier) for over 16 years. After 5 days of no appetite & vomiting, we brought him in for a blood test. Steve was amazing. He explained the high level results without pressuring us to make the decision to anesthetize. It was the only compassionate option and after the procedure, Steve kindly gave us both a hug. We can’t thank him and Evan enough.

Lennox Head Vet Dr Evan and the wonderful nurses have cared for our cats with great skill and kindness. We can't thank them enough for the way they held us through the passing of our 22 year old Burmese Nu. She left this world surrounded by tenderness and love.

If you can get past the push to buy hills products for life, the staff at the front were giving me incorrect updates about my pet during and after a major procedure. Their excuse was they are not a vet nurse. After the procedure I had to call back for an emergency related to the mentioned procedure, something I asked if could happen and told it wouldn't by a vet hurrying me along. It did. The vet nurses I had to speak to for the next few of days were all over the place with their updates as well and how they recorded the info of the symptoms. Creating a huge mess. I never got to the bottom of all the confusing info, and treated as if I don't listen properly. They charged me for consults required for mistakes made. I wanted to change vets but my friend said they're slow transferring records and often don't send very clear notes. I did not have a positive experience and found the hygiene of my pet when I came to pick them up very upsetting. Covered in it's own feaces. I asked if I could clean them so they would be less distress and they just handed me a tissue and said here. I think management need to review the communication with staff and their customer service skills. Can't hide behind you are busy. this quality is appalling. I don't care about the other reviews, this was my experience
