Future dental completely used up our child's Medicare allowance, she now has no allowance for the next 18 months. Our new dentist has reviewed the services provided by FD and found unnecessary charges. They felt so bad about the practice of FD they offered to waive the gap fee on our private health until her Medicare allowance is reinstated.Cant help but feeling robbed of her entitlements and robbed of our hard earned tax dollars. Shame on you Future Dental.BTW, no special services was provided other than a regular clean and check up.

You will be taken in really quickly, have your money taken from you even quicker. Conversations are one sided with what you have said being discarded. Follow up care and communications are non existant. BEWARE.

Today has honestly been the best dental experience of my life. I saw the new dentist Tony. He was amazing. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I highly recommend them. Oh, and they offer free Espresso coffee while you wait. That shows they go the extra mile.

I can't recommend the team at Future Dental enough! Bob is so knowledgeable and explains things so well, plus he has all the latest and greatest technology. All the staff are really friendly and the coffee while you wait is just the icing on the cake :)
