As a Physiotherapist myself, I can highly recommend Carole Plumb Massage Therapy. I have been troubled by a severely swollen knee due to a torn meniscus for a few months. I have seen an Orthopaedic Surgeon and I was having Physio, and strapping my knee every day until Carole gave me an amazing massage of my legs. Ever since my first session, I have not had to strap my knee and the swelling is now under control. I can now fully bend my knee, something I have not been unable to do since January when I had my injury. She has done what the surgeon was offering without the need for surgery (I.e. release of the muscles that were causing part of the problem).Carole actively listens to me regarding my issues and offers professional advice on what would be beneficial. She gets results without significant pain.I will continue to attend Carole on a regular basis for the foreseeable future to help me maintain my general physical health and well being.If you have ever thought about having a massage, I would highly recommend Carole Plumb Massage Therapy.

I have had issues with neck pain for months and was unable to get any relief from the pain.Carole took time to listen and to figure out exactly where the pain was coming from and the massage was great. I felt a release in pressure in my neck.She asked if I had any other issues and worked on my hip which I would never have bothered to see about if she had not asked.Both felt better afterwards.I would definitely recommend Carole.

Carole has an amazing ability to combine effective therapeutic massage, with a truly relaxing experience. The Lymphatic Drainage Massage is also incredible, really helped my bursitis and injury recovery.
