Calling Better Office Supplies is like calling a reliable old friend! I was after some film that was out of stock everywhere. I contact BOS and they were so quick to respond to communication, so helpful to find the product, and they remembered to follow up with me without me chasing them. It was apparent that they really did care about me finding what I needed. I used to shop at Officeworks but I am switching to BOS. Thanks to all the staff at BOS for a customer experience which is very rare in how good it was.
