Purchased a watch here today and service was seamless. Tyler is an absolute legend and never once came across like anything was too much effort, all with a friendly demeanor too. All other staff were friendly too, will be glad to visit this store again if needed.

Telstra in general have gone down the toilet. How can good customer service for a simple account enquiry be required to make an appointment for 5 hours later? What happened to be able to walk into a store, and get the help you need, without the need to make an appointment some many hours or days later. Very poor. Forcing customers to setup direct debits for entire amount of bill each month, no payment flexibility, cant speak to anyone. Absolute poorest customer service from any company in the country. I was ready to purchase a new phone, and re committ to a 36 month plan, but no, your decisions on how you treat your customers has mean i have gone elsewhere. Forcing Direct Debit was the last straw, especially for someone that has been a customer for over 25 years and was hundreds of dollars in credit on my account.EDIT to REPLY: Already spoken to the Store. This is not a store specific issue, they unfortunately were the ones i dealt with and simply passing on and following the mothership.

I would give the telstra shop 10+ the young man who looked after us was knowledgeable..helpful......patient and took his time explaining and fixing ..

They were great, my bank had been accessed several times they set me up with internet security. All great.

Outstanding Customer service. I went in for a phone case and a screen protector and the service and general experience was excellent. Because of this I took my Dad as he was down visiting us and his local shop was painful. Within 10 minutes he had a fresh phone and knew exactly where everything was as at.Sensational.
