My wife and I purchased a unit in auburn in November 2022 and we had Bud Cham and associates as our lawyers through the process.Never met them face to face and we are also having to pay a strata bill from November 2021(even though we purchased it 1 year later).Tried getting in touch with emails since and totally ignored.Would not deal with them on purchasing a property ever again.There is so much better out there than these amateurs.
