My porsche was written off in the workshop , liability was denied by TD Automotive.Do not use this company for your pride and joy.......Google reviews is a platform to tell other customers about his or hers experience with the company. As this was my wife's car she is very unimpressed with the way that Td Automotive handeled this situation.There was no communication in regards to a written off viechle. We recieded a text 2.5 weeks after the incident with 4 photos of our written off Porsche and an address where the car was located.We were encouraged to get our car off this property.No phone call no email just 1 txt msg.If this is how potential customers want to be treated by all means use this company.It's All well for Jay to reply to this review explaining that everything was done to avoid damages . But at the end of the day we are left with a written off Porsche with not even enough decency from TD Automotives management to inform the customer about the situation.In summery I would strongly recommend learn from our mistake Don't use this company............

I took my Porsche Cayenne there after a run of unprofessional service from Southsides Cylinder Heads who cleaned my EGR valve and stuffed up my engine costing me 3000 dollars and still not fixed. I took it there and Ian said I needed to change my EGR cooler. He did at a total cost of 2800 plus and still engine running rough. I took it back and another 160 dollars after half hour mucking around to be told my engine is fine. I went today for a drive and when lifting the engine cover I burned my hands, that's how hot it was. So the cooling system was not fixed. Never go back there again.

Absolutely terrible!! Don't get your Porsche serviced there. The mechanic tried to fit a 986 gearbox to my 987 then wouldn't give me a refund for the gearbox!Six months later I got a refund but not before he threatened to 'take it outside' (nothing like a bit of violence to scare me away!)UNBELIEVABLE

I’ve used T&D Automotive to service my 2011 Porsche Cayenne. I trusted them to do critical insurance repairs after hitting a large pothole. AND to fix everything else that seems to routinely break. Ian and the team have always looked after me for the routine and the breakdowns. Realistic pricing, quick turn around. Responsive. Honest advice and guidance. I wouldn’t take my Euro car anywhere else (even the dealership).

Owning a Porsche with an unresolved IMS bearing issue is a financial liability. (Google yours). I had the IMS bearing in my Boxster replaced at TD Automotive with the LN Engineering IMS bearing recognized as the superior solution. Also some other show stopper items that just needed doing. They have a comprehensive workshop with specialist mechanics and equipment onsite to provide a high level of capability. It gives me a sense of confidence when dropping off. Not just Porsche of course, there are other European marks both modern and classic getting work done. A bit of an eye popper type place for motoring enthusiasts. Great staff and a great feeling there.Highly recommended...

Absolutely the best customer service and always feel at ease taking my pride and joy in to be worked on! The guys are fantastic! Can not recommend them more! Their years of experience and knowledge are beyond others I have dealt with! So if you want the reassurance you expect, look no further!!!!!

Beware viechle owners. My porsche was written offIn the care of TD automotive 81 sandgate Rd Albion.Liability was denied by the owners lawyers for all damages to my viechle. This company doesn't have insurance or common human decency in regards to your pride and joy.Google reviews is an excellent platform for customers to rate a business letting other customers know about his or her experience.My personal experience with company has been very poor. Not only have I lost my porsche but my pride and joy.Communication throughout this whole process has been poor at best.Viechle was running and registered. Why was it not moved to higher ground?Why was customer not informed of viechle status by management?

First time I used them as was very frustrated with Lexus service centre's lack of assistance/customer service to my needs. Peter from TD was very helpful. The service on my 2011 Lexus RX450h was excellent and the customer service / communication 5 star all the way. I will be using them again. Well done! Wally

wasnt happy,took my 996 cabriolet to get the roof operating,said they couldnt fix it and was still charged $2000 for the exercise.

An excellent team at T&D Automotive, I moved up here to North Lakes from Sydney and was give these guys details from dealer who sold me my car in Sydney. Well organised clean workshop. Straight forward information about what needed to be done to change my car rego over from NSW to QLD. It's really nice to find a motor machanic shop that treats you like a person and listens to what your needs are.
