Terrible quality bags. Paint already coming off after 4 uses. It seems like they send all their fake and poor quality stock to DFO, as other customers have experienced the same.Contacted customer service and they did nothing. Service is store was lovely, but would highly recommend going somewhere else to spend your money.They offered me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience... as if I'd shop from them again...

Great service and beautiful bags. First time to come into this store and purchase a bag and it has been a wonderful experience. Their store manager Francesca is amazing, kind and considerate. Would be coming back again!

Do not buy from Furla. Service to buy the bag is a++++ but in the event you get a faulty bag, good luck getting the issue resolved. I spoke to Furla online store initially and they were extremely unhelpful and basically told me that it wasn’t their problem and to go to the store. The paint on my bag wore off after not many uses and when I spoke to the head office manager, she was not helpful at all. She put her foot down and said it was my fault as “the bag left the store in great condition”.This is my first time writing a bad review but I am just so shocked at the customer service from head office. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common thing. I was told that I would receive a follow up call from someone higher up but nobody has contacted me. You’d think with the price tag, you’d be reassured that if something goes wrong, you’ll be assisted through and through but this is absolutely not the case with Furla.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

7th August 2020 at 14:00, my wife and I were shopping at DFO. We were banned from entry by the shop assistant at Furla. There were only two customers(looks like a couple) inside that Furla shop. I'm just totally speechless about the shop assistant's peculiar and rude way of treating customers. Will never visit that shop again unless someone enjoys being hassassed by a stranger.

Always can find something with good price and good quality here. The staff helped my mother to try on lots of bag and she is very nice. We really appreciate her help and we bought many stuffs for our friends and relatives as Christmas gifts.

Some of the staff was disrespectful to Asian customers, that’s racial! I reported this to them but they just ignored me and didn’t apologize for that. It was a terrible experience.

Terrible quality! Terrible customer service! The Worst! Bought a brand new handbag from Homebush store and the handle stitching became undone and broken after 2 weeks. Staff refused to issue a refund for a faulty product. Have been told to contact the head office but no response. Very disappointed and unhappy customer! Will raise a chargeback with my bank. I will never shop with this brand again. Ladies, better spend your money somewhere else.

the first time i purchased a bag from this brand the staff members gave me the wrong bag. they then reimbursed me for this by giving me the correct bag i wanted, however, failed to notify me that some clothing would stain the material. to fix this problem they gave me another bag in a darker colour. Two months later this bag is now broken as the drawstring snapped on its own. poor quality and unprofessional service. will not be shopping there again and would not recommend to anyone.
