Norah Head Lighthouse
An excellent tour. A must if you're in the area. There's a nice walk around the headland you can do to get to the lighthouse too. I've never seen another tour of this nature where you can access the lighthouse and the very top floor where the lamp is. Lots of great history from the informative guide too. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the enthusiastic crew running the show.

Norah Head Lighthouse
Beautiful and serene spot to listen to the waves from the top and then go down to the beach to watch the waves spurting out from between the flat rocks. The tour allows you to go to the top of the lighthouse and gives you an interesting perspective about how things used to be done in the lighthouse more than 100 years ago. Geoff was a fantastic tour guide. Tip: book accommodation at the rustic lighthouse keeper cottage for an overnight stay to take in the experience. Avoid wedding/ band days for the stays

Lighthouse Festival was great but with a smaller crowd this year you would think there would be enough beer and wine but this was not the case. Got there not even halfway into the event and they had run out of seltzer, no spirits on offer and sold out of red wine and beer before Pete Murray got on stage. The event was fantastic and the location stunning but only offering beer and wine lets them down a lot I think.

A lovely spot to walk around the headland, grassy area beside the lighthouse is perfect for a picnic. It looks like covered seating may be being erected further up near the lighthouse which would be a welcome addition. Stairs lead down to the rocks at the headland & is a nice area to explore, keep a hold of small ones around the rocks as there are a few areas where choppy swell can wash over, or up in to the outer edges. Great place in warmer months to go rockpooling for small crustaceans, juvenile fish & octopuses. During the cooler months the humpback whale migration can often be seen from the lighthouse viewing areas, they occasionally come in quiet close.

This place is stunning more so for a sunrise than an sunset as it is along the east coast of Central Coast. I believe you can see whales even during midday. Enjoy the photos and videos I have taken :)

Norah Head Lighthouse
Beautiful spot for a visit and a walk down to the ocean. Steps to ocean are steep and rocks at bottom can be dangerous so advise against taking small kids. Volunteers do great tours of the lighthouse and there is a small collection of photos and artifacts to see too. Tours $10 per adult. If you don't do a tour it's free but you can't walk up the lighthouse tower.

The most amazing tour! Kim our guide was friendly and very well informed, we learnt so much. Definitely worth the cost. The most beautiful area, places to picnic and swim, rockpool and coast walks. Amazing.

Lovely place to visit and close to Toukley. There is also reservations for the keeper's cottage near the light house.Climb down for a beautiful spot to spend some peaceful time watching the waves crashing on the rocks.

Nice stop when you're in Central Coast. Easy to drive to via Google Maps. Has a small parking area but seems to have availability always, and even has parking bays for buses and caravans. The lighthouse is picturesque, with information boards about Nora Head along the walk to the lighthouse. They have daily walkking tours around 10am i believe.Amazing views of the ocean, you can go down and take a walk along the coast. Has beautiful rock formations and crashing waves. There's also a walking trail.
