Bought 2 x double swing rising hinge gate motors and hinges (can handle 300kg each) my gates were only 80kg each so no worries!once installed the motor couldnt even open the gate so I thought I’ll start at the top and see, it starts to close and then the weight of the gate takes over and flies closed nearly tearing the gate off.I contact multiple times even requesting for tech support as they suggest but all you will get is radio silence.Buy anywhere else and you will be a wise man!

I bought a house and inherited a system from the previous owner.This was supplied by a local company and was forever breaking down.So I ripped that out and got a system from Automation plus.I'd have loved to have upgraded to 24v but that would have been a massive task given the site and solar installation.Automation plus had a 12v system at a good price and was better than the old system.After 2 years of truly horrid weather which caused debris on the tracks, the control board went.I contact the guys and they gave me a diagnostic procedure, which confirmed the issue.they made sure that they'd identified the correct board and express posted it.I had a few tech issues installing again due to the site which they rapidly resolved for me.I also grabbed a long range remote which with the ext. ant. give me incredible range.All up great folks to work with and a product that performs well at a reasonable price

Excellent product, excellent service. One of the gates delivered was damaged in transit by the courier. Automotion sent a replacement without hesitation. Can't praise them enough, thanks guys.

Purchased my gate 2 years ago, have had only on issue which was just recently and it was dealt with asap by their tech people, the gate is now back working again.Service was great very easy and responsive to deal with.

Cannot praise this company enough. After experiencing some difficulties with the initial installation of my APC Gate opener their technical department (Bob) went above and beyond in his efforts to resolve my issues. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use this excellent company again.Ray

Purchased a double gate actuator kit from these guys. Family member had purchased a similar system before. Good communications, everything arrived on time. Top value, no surprises. Logical instructions. All went well. Had an issue some month later with a small part malfunctioning. They honoured the warranty and supplied a complete new actuator. No hassles.Very happy to deal with an ethical company. Can totally recommend.

Their products are probably OK but their customer service is atrocious.I am an installer and thought I would try these guys as my regular supplier was out of stock. The equipment arrived on time but as it had no wiring instructions I needed assistance.I checked the website and found the directions but they were incomplete.I rang and left a message for technical support but did not hear back.I rang next day and left another message but did not hear back.I rang again the next day and got straight through to the general number. They logged onto their own website and after reading the incomplete directions they then gave me incorrect instructions. When i explained this to them I was then put through to technical support.....who of course did answer and did not call me back.Most of what these guys sell is just bought in and resold so I ended up calling another supplier and they kindly helped me out.They will get my business in the future.

The quality of components was great and was delivered promptly had a few minor hiccups with the installation but all my fault. Saad from technical support was great and patient, he sorted it out very quickly. All up it was great sericeNeil

Bob here is amazing the boom gate is of great quality and the customer service provided by Bob in relation to programming was above and beyond.
