Australia Post - Seville Grove LPO

I really appreciate the gentleman going an extra mile to help me with my Working with children Check, passport application so I don’t need to pay extra (recommended to go to the Library so it could be sorted and done before cut-off time) to get it on time before I fly out. And today he even took my parcel in before the shop is even open because he saw me standing confused in front of the mailbox wondering if my parcel can go in the box (he just arrived then).We have parcels collected in the shop many times and we haven’t experienced any issues. So grateful.

Delivery card opening hours are wrong, damn Startrack delivery driver keeps taking my parcels there, even though Armadale is closer!!!! really annoying. Just good old fashion poor customer service.

I have had to stop sending my parcels there for collection. They have a poorly organised system of parcel storage and every time I or anyone else goes there to collect a parcel, it takes at least 5 to 10 very long minutes of them constantly searching (if you can call it that) to find the parcel you've come for. Considering the size of the shop, it is ridiculous how long it takes. I have been in the line many times with people becoming increasingly infuriated waiting and I have actually had to leave in the middle of them searching for one of my packages to make it to an appointment. On that occasion, the employee just kept flitting about half-heartedly looking at a couple of envelopes and boxes without thoroughly searching, almost as if she hoped my parcel would jump out and reveal itself. Watching her half efforts at looking for it had me feeling furious as the line behind me got longer and longer. Even though this is my closest post office, I now send parcels to a different location that can locate them quickly and efficiently.

It’s hit and miss, it seems customer service depends on the mood of the person serving you.They also will not answer the phoneVery frustrating, particularly with so many scams going on one has to go into the post office to ask a question about paying for a re-delivery of a parcel

Bunch of time wasters!!! Have to pick up parcel, note I got states closing time 530pm.. Got there at 5:05pm and CLOSED sign on the door... Not a great way to run a business.. If you can't keep to your correct times, get out of the game and do something else!!!

Rude and lazy young staff ,plus the old Indian guy, he makes joke on me ,very uncomfortable,definitely not recommend to this post office , I won’t visit again !!!!!never !!!

Shocking in any way,I honestly try not to go there,unhelpful, angry,grumpy staff with little knowledge when it comes to passports, money transfer etcJust unfriendly staff

Why do the post man never knock loudly and more than 5 times or more? on my door at all but just rock up on my drive way and put a red card on my gated door? Shame on you all for doing that. I've been forced to spend two hours just going to the post office for the last 8 postal orders. Screw you lazy contractors. I even had my door open. No speaking from post man. He just dumps the card in my box instead of walking up to my door.

Worst post office ever! The old owners were great however these people have no idea how to run a business! The phone is never answered to start with. Even the auspost help desk can get through to them. They don’t respond to fax’s from their own head office and don’t transfer important mail to other stores to pick up! Avoid at all costs!

Worst custermor service ever!!, Old Asian lady does not know how to use a camera spent five minutes to take one photo and all were blurry, went to Thornlie to get my passport photo redone and no problems.Extremely rude and aggressive attitude.Appalling
