I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never recommend any one.We are building our very first dream home, we trusted their team and them without checking any reviews. I have terrible experience in wet area tiles. They totally changed our tiles and when we inquired about it they came back after almost a month. We thought they are taking time to change it and will send us photos of our tiles. They came back and told us we signed that tiles in contract where we never even saw that kind of tiles. How can we choose something else and sign something else, which we never seen before? We paid extra money for that tile, Rachel helped us to find similar patterns for our backsplash in kitchen as well, I don’t know what is going on? Who did the mistake?That was our dream area as they did not offer front and alfresco tiles, we have decided to use same tiles for it later on as our wet area tiles. We chose Hampton style from inside and Now it is totally disaster to think about it. We chose pattern tile and they installed plain dark black concrete tiles. They broke my wife heart so badly, she refused to go in and asked me to sale our first house as they did not take any care of our feelings behind the house.This is not only a one experience during building. I don’t know what else is coming more, we couldn’t sleep well after their fake response.We always took photos for what we chose and it is extremely disappointing, heart breaking, stressful and frustrating when we spend our hard earn money on our first home you get worse.We were so new and just trusted the company that they will take care of our first home but big NO. No good advice, they leave you even with non professional services, always delayed to respond any kind of inquiries during building, delayed with giving final date.This might be happen with other people as well, who knows?

Terrible company to deal with, poor quality and the staff are of poor quality. The contract wasn’t with the paper it was written on (as stated by Eden Braes building supervisor) poor communication. Wouldn’t build with them ever again.

2 years in our home. Every day I regret using this builder. Cracks everywhere. Drains back up all the time. Bricks starting to fall apart. Pay a little bit mote and use a reputable builder. These guys are a joke. Sent repairers our.. they cause more damage. Dont build with them.

Anyone wants to go with this company please see the Facebook page to know the real experience of their customers, needs to scroll down all day to find one happy customer. Will must have worst experience anyone go with them, I built with them never again. From salesmen to CSA and SS they all lies all the time. My second floor making noise and construction supervisor said tradies missed some screws over there , now he asked me to take the hybrid floor off to put more screws and I need to redo the hybrid floor, is this joke? I got problem from day one to settlement. They have no respect to their customers and treat like a beggars.

If you are thinking of building with Eden Brae I would suggest you join the Eden Brae building discussions pages on Facebook. There is enough information on these from disappointed customer that to let you know whether you sign with them or not.

4- Just when the final designs were returned from council and sent to us for final sign off, council had rejected the design of the porch and enforced it to get extended. At the time, our Customer Service Administrator for the project, advised we could go with the same facade and extend the porch or move to another facade which we went with the first option as we had chosen what we liked. Later on, again after the first site visit we realized our backyard is looking smaller than what is supposed to be, to find out the porch extension had taken 50 cm of the backyard length without our Customer Service Administrator or anyone else advising us!5- Build for the second house is just through it's final steps before the actual build commences and guess what, we have drop edge beams appearing on the designs again! Of course we now know because of the previous experience and before signing off we asked for someone to explain to us why and the answers we received weren't clear! Also, this time the council has rejected the facade design and has enforced 1.5 meter extension to the porch which is absolutely awful and going to make the backyard smaller.6- Dealing with the Customer Service Administrator on the second house, Monica George hasn't been a great experience as any communications to her would take a few days if she responds at all! One time we were advised the email had ended up in her junk main and she didn't receive! There has been another time we had to reach out to her manager to get her to respond to our queries!Overall, building with Eden Brae has not been a good experience giving us so much pain and grief over the past few months! We're now getting ourselves ready to have surprises when the house is delivered.

I have built my first dream home with Eden Brae in 2017 October. It was a 40 plus square meter single story house. Both me and my wife communicated with the Kitchen designer ( engineer) who has really poor experience and knowledge about the kitchen measurements which ended up in setting a Kitchen bench top with no extension for the breakfast table. Actually there was well enough space to set the bench top ( extended) but the person who dealt was now good in that and could not visualize the space and gave us wrong directions. I have spent over 60 grant ( Additional) for the kitchen with no proper bench top and cupboards. On top of this, we have a separate prayer room which has got a screen as we requested. The same person could not advise well enough to advise the impact of this huge screen. The screen is nearly 1.5 meter wide and 2.7 meter high. This is very unstable and the charge was huge. I feel really sad about both these as I am not sure how I would fix this again.

I haven't used this company but just made my initial contact (phonecall) to ask a couple of questions after being on their website .... and I tell you what... I wouldn't trust them with a bar of soap. The website states in one of their points: Unlike a house and land package, you have one, not two purchase contracts and you won’t have to make any progress payments during construction; ........ yet when I just spoke to the consultant he said that we don't do construction only... they are selling only house and land packages. That IS NOT what is stated on their website or above. Very misleading.

I am not the person who writes bad reviews, but this case it was a really bad experience. They were not able to provide a quote on time and everything try to blamed on me. They took about 3 month to return my money. When I was applying for the second loan as I lost it because of them they reject my application. Also, every time you add something they charge you 3 times the market price, and when you reduce the actual construction from them they reduces just 10% out of the actual price. I understand that they will take 80% or 70% but 90% it is not and honest way to do business. After all the hassle I decided to give a second change building as they want and no how I want it and they came back to me saying that they don't want my business as the last experience was not good.Do not go with this builder at all.

We dealt with Louise at Eden Brae Leppington and she has been amazing.Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Her diligence in helping us choose the correct layout for our family was on point.Never overbearing but always at hand when needed for a consultation.
