I am not sure how some reviews rate them high rate, but if you want to hear a genuine honest review from a current tenant: they DO NOT deserve even one star.They took advantage of you as you might not fully aware about the law here, for example:1. They increased the price on us twice in one year, which is ILLEGAL.A top of that, the second increased price change sent to us in LESS than 60 days notice from the end of the lease (again illegal).2. If you are renewing the lease with them, read it again carefully don’t trust them! Because they changed some hidden details in the agreement without notifying us! For example, they changed the water bill from “included” to “not included” without notifying us!Not to mention the poor communication.My review is a genuine and honest and I have evidence if they are claiming the opposite.

if you hate yourself deal with them. everything is horrible with them. I will explain 1- it will take them a while to fix anything. if you complain about something to be fixed they will tell you it is alright the owner doesn’t want it fixed. 2- poor communication to be used in business and very rude.3- they don’t reply to your email efficiently and will try to ignore your concerns 4- they are the highest in the price range check other agent first and see it yourself. 5- everything about them is not clear. 6- they might trick you and will let you pay for water , unlike all the others places where the water bills is included but be carful dealing with them .They will take advantage of you. They are not trustworthy. run away run far.

Walked into this agency few months ago to find myself a new apartment to move into. It is 10:15 am Monday. The business time is 9 to 6. However, the office is still closed as I have arranged to take my key of my leased apartment. It caused me some troubles as I have arranged to move in.
