The ladies at Arnold & Co in the city are always amazing to deal with! I have shopped there a few time, so when it was time to pick out our wedding rings it it was the first place I went. They made the stress of picking out what we wanted in wedding bands so easy and even organised all the engraving for all three of our rings. They have high quality jewellery and costumer services.

I bought a beautiful Tanzanite and diamond ring from Arnold and Co. Their jewellery is unique. Customer service is friendly and helpful.I would definitely shop there again

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings at Arnold & Co and the sales staff were very knowledgeable and professional. i was so impressed I came back to buy Pearl earrings for the day. Great selection and staff were again so helpful. I was surprised and happy that I could try them in my ear (they were able to sanitise them). Bought a beautiful pair at an amazing price. What a fantastic jeweller! I was looking to have a specific sort of ring made that I could choose and arrange the stones myself. Arnold & Co website allowed me to customise a ring in the comfort of my own home. In person and over the phone the staff are extremely professional and helpful. I will be using Arnold & Co Jewellers again.

I've had so many problems with my rings purchased from Arnold and Co, and related jewellery servicing. But possibly this is moreso an issue relating to their jeweller, than Arnold and Co, as the staff have generally been helpful and sympathetic.I am always very careful with my jewellery, but over the last couple of years, I've had multiple diamonds fall out of my rings and I can recall at least two times where it has been in excess of two months for the repairs. I've had the engraving from inside my ring removed. I've had the wrong necklace returned to me after coming back from repairs. In response to these issues, the staff were apologetic and reduced the cost of the repair work, which I appreciated.But after another diamond again falling out recently (within a few months of the last repairs) I went to another jeweller for their opinion, and apparently the holes of all the diamonds around the bands are far too shallow, which is why they keep falling out. I'm now getting this corrected, which will cost around $1300 for the two rings.Noting all this, I wanted to share my experience - given the price of the rings, you would expect better quality.Update - after I posted this review, Julia contacted me to apologise and offered for the rings to be remade at no cost. Given the issues in the past, I explained that I would prefer to get this repaired with an alternative jeweller, but I did appreciate Julia reaching out and the offer.

Staff were very happy to assist me and when what I wanted wasn't in store nor part of normal inventory they advised it could be custom made. They obtained a quote while I was there and explained the process to go ahead should I want to. Due to their willingness to take the time to explain I felt comfortable with the process and happy with information provided so went ahead with the custom order. Highly recommend Arnold & Co. I’m so happy with the restoration work that was done on my grandmothers rings.
