Attended a funeral here and was absolutely disgusted. First problem. We were asked to stand as the coffin was wheeled in. They haven't left enough room between the chairs so it was awkward for the gentleman who were wheeling the coffin in. Second problem. As the funeral progressed it came time for reflections. The music started and the first picture came up then it all stopped and the two TV screens went blank. Several people tried to play with the computer to see if they could get it working but to no avail. They then continue the funeral as another lady tried to get the system working. The funeral ended with the photo montage unplayed. We then went into another room for light refreshments. After about 10 minutes a lady come in and clapped her hands and announce that the picture montage would be played on the two screens in the refreshments room. Again the music started the first picture went up then it all went blank. It was a complete stuff up and so sad that we couldn't see our friend's life in pictures.

Tracy took her time making the arrangements, and we never felt like we were being a pain no matter how many questions we asked. They put together the most beautiful service for my mum, couldn’t recommend Tracy, Sue and the rest of the team enough!

Our family was very well cared for by Tracy and Sue In August. The arrangements went seamlessly, their services were both personal and efficient. We thoroughly appreciated the space in their Chapel and the afternoon tea afterwards and were thankful we had time and nobody felt rushed. Dad, especially, felt it was a more positive experience than he expected. Thank you, Tracy.

chippers made the whole process of saying goodbye to my dad easier, I never could of imagined they would be so helping and explain the whole process to us so well. Stacy, our funeral director, was such an amazing person who never rushed us and was always happy to talk to us about anything. I could not say enough good things about them, and although I hope it is a while before I have to deal with them again, I would never choose a different place.
