I go there all the time. However it is warm in there as centre management is possibly a bit slack at figuring out what's wrong with the air conditioning. It's not rocket science..

staff were helpful, the store's layoutis small but is clean and tidy. quite alot of items, in-stock & are available.

Twice today I had gone to the store at Castletown and know exactly what I wanted. Ather waiting for about 15 minutes while they look after a customer. I was served but only to be told efpos only , after travelling home coming back towait again for a customer that didn't know what they wanted .They where good enough to tell the shop assistant to sever me while they decided. I was ask what I wanted, told her ,but she still continued to talk and sever other customer that had said to look after me first.I have been a customer there for some years now This is the worst service I have received and now will probably never shop there again. Just very bad customer service.
