Anaconda Rockingham

Calling Rockingham store to check if they had an item in stock. Unanswered for 15 minutes, so drove the 1/2 hour trip to find out…. ☺️Noooooo sorrryyyy, we’re all out, but have a nice dayyyyy!

Nice store, wide range of products. A few more team members behind the counter would be nice and they do need to organize click and collect a little better but overall a good experience.

Was helped by Tom today - brilliant product knowledge and customer service. Super helpful! Will be going back.

Absolutely disgusting customer serviceTeam members kaylea?? Who even knows- and shenay (neither wearing name tags) who were running the shop were condescending and rude. Items were ticketed wrong and when we requested the price on the ticket we were told no. We were then swarmed by team members that were then rude and harassing us about technicalities. 6/3/23They admitted a fault in their ticketing process and then told us in the same sentence we were wrong.Not only were they rude but they made us feel intimidated by so many team members being around. We didn’t do anything wrong and were treated as if we were stealingOver $20 you’ve lost a $250 sale and us for good as customers

Went to anaconda today 17/12/22 walked in with an empty gas bottle lined up in a long line. While waiting in line I had several employees walk past me. Waited patiently to get served at the counter, eventually got there, put the bottle on the counter only to be told we aren't filling gas bottles today. I asked why couldn't you have a sign out the front informing customers that the store wasn't filling gas bottles, only to be stared at blankly. Also why couldn't have the staff who walked past me while waiting in line have said something so I didn't have to waste 20 minutes in line. Appalling service and I won't be returning or recommending the store. I had much better service down the road at Complete Angler.

Had a great experience at anaconda. thanks to Jared for helping me with exactly what I needed an going above an beyond. Could do with more people behind the tills though.

Worst customer service and very unorganised. Went in today, 8 people waiting to pay and only 1 guy on the cash Desk. One of the ladies was taking her time making tickets and the other one was just wasting time doing sweet f all.

Huge thanks to the lovely Jan for helping me with my camping shopping experience. It made my decision making super easy! Great customer service
