The old lady at the counter was so rude and disrespectful! I can't believe this sort of behaviour and attitude is allowed to represent the brand Michael Hill! never had the same experience in any other branches.

Excellent Customer service. Went in today to buy a bracelet for my daughter 18th. Friendly staff. Highly recommend..

Came in to the store today and I swear the girls who work here are so rude and obnoxious. They treated me as if they were somewhat better then me..like you work as a salesperson for a store you, aren’t the owner of the company get off your high horse! Won’t be coming here again

Today I was at MH Blacktown looking for a ring and just wanted to share Kelly’s great customer service. She was patient and flexible and even though I didn’t buy the item in the end I would recommend anyone looking for jewellery to ask for Kelly. Thanks again

I have been to many Michael Hill stores but the Blacktown Branch is by far the best! Claudia the manager made sure I was super happy with my purchases, even accommodated my request to order a new stock from headoffice so we can compare which ring has the better (brighter) diamonds. Before I made a purchase I have been visiting the store just to look around and appreciate. They have been very accommodating without the hard-sell and being pushy. They understand if customers aren’t ready to purchase yet and each time I’m there they made me feel very welcome to just look around first. Don’t bother going to other branches. If you feel you’re ready to treat yourself go straight to Michael Hill Blacktown!

Westpoint Michael Hill, attended yesterday & was less than impressed with service. Have spent a lot of money at MH over the years & more recently this Xmas. Will only deal with Brenda, she is delightful. I ordered my necklace online last night to avoid dealing with them in store. Very unhelpful, & I’d say rude. Offered NO customer service at all. There were 5 staff & No customersOnce my rings on order are received I’ll go to another store.

My fiancé purchased my ring at Blacktown MHJ, and I have quite small fingers, so it was too large to resize to my size, so Claudia quickly contacted many other stores to see if she could find one close to my size (so we wouldn’t have to order a new one and wait weeks to have it made) and she found one close enough in just a few days - in fact, better - I was able to take it home and not need further resizing. So now I get my ring back :). The staff there are quite friendly and attentive, but Claudia was especially amazing - with great communication and going over and beyond what was requested of her to help me get what I wanted in time. I would definitely recommend going here to everyone and anyone as the customer service I received was simply fantastic.

I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service of the manager Claudia. My husband purchased my engagement ring, wedding band and eternity band all from Michael Hill but 3 different stores. We have not experienced the level of customer service from any of the other stores like we did at Blacktown. Claudia quickly addressed our problem and sent the rings off to head office to get assessed no questions asked. None of the rings were purchased at her store but she made it her problem and got the problem sorted. I would not hesitate recommending Michael Hill Blacktown to anyone looking to purchase rings and would highly recommend Claudia to anyone
