These guys are hopeless- truely the worst customer service. I’m literally typing this from the vanquip office where l’ve been sat for 3 hours waiting for them to fix their repeat mistakes.Ordered a cnc’d floor for a hiace - waited two weeks, every aspect of it was wrong from not being for a dual sliding door - to it being for the wrong generation of hiace.Given every excuse under the sun, said it would be rectified and I could drop the van - and they’d have everything ready to fit, which would take 1 to 1.5hrs.I’m literally sat here whilst the fabricator is making brackets and I’ve had to cancel my arvo job - simply because these guys cannot do their job properly or communicate.Do not reccomend
