Great place been there for many years.Great large range to look through.Get some of my fish stuff from them

unfortunately, i went in and they were so rude. They have amazing pets. But i wouldn't go back again.

Don't rely on them to be open when advertised. Travelled from over an hour away and got there 35 minutes before closing time and they were just locking up. Just decided to close early - no prior notification on their Facebook page to say so.So perhaps call them to find out in you are travelling any distance.

Attentive knowledgeable staff. Great variety of live animals for purchase.Good stock levels of everything required to keep pets and livestock happy.

Good range of supplies, good value on most items, lovely service, some stock looks old and dusty because of the warehouse shop. Not a huge range of aquarium fish but good quality. The online shop doesn't let me login so it's tricky to track loyalty points/dollars. I shop here regularly rather than a pet shop that is much closer to home because their staff are really nice here.

Lovely helpful staff that try their best to help you

Great independently run pet store with a wide range of products that you normally won't find in other places at affordable prices. The staff were also very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Our kids could have spent hours there just looking at all the pets and fun supplies. Worth the drive, we made a bit of a day trip out of it and enjoyed the nice country town and cafe's while we were at it.

Do the bunnys become spayed and nuterated there otherwise its a great place i got two cute as girl bunnys and the staff were nice

Good collection of birds fish and other pets..

The staff here are very knowledgeable regarding pets and how to care for them. I recently purchased a bird there and they were able to guide me with what I would need to help care for him, and to help raise him. They are absolutely incredible.
