Great place for tyres....but not for servicing your car. I went for major service my Aurion, got quoted with reasonable price. In the end, not all aspects on paper were checked/inspected. Eventually, the guy there forgot to plug a hose back to related-engine part which led to unstable RPM. I had to check and called him out to double check again.Disappointment!!

Fantastic service from Donnellan's at Preston. I had an issue with my front left tyre (bought a new car Friday afternoon, next day the tyre was slashed from driving over a pot hole!) Anyway rang Donnellan's Preston early this morning (29/08/2022) spoke with Steve, he was incredibly helpful, Steve was able to source my tyre quickly (It was not a standard off the shelf tyre) from there got the call to come in at 10.30am same day (2.5 hours later) the tyre was fitted and wheel aligned, job done within 40min! Wow!What a great experience all round and the price was incredibly competitive as well! Awesome work Steve and the team!

I went to another tyre shop in Preston starting with B and they refused to do my mobility scooter tyre.Donnellans did it!!Thank you for making an effort to serve the community not just profit from from them. Highly recommended

I had used Donnellans at Blackburn to service our vehicle previously Having just moved to the Preston area & requiring new tyres I got a few quotes. Again Donnellans at Preston gave me the best price in the area. I booked it in for 8am Thursday morning & asked if it was possible to wait for the vehicle they were happy to do that. I arrived around 7.45 they had it up on the hoist before 8am (when they officially open) and it had 4 new tyres, balanced & aligned by 8.40am. Very happy with the product, price and service, I'll be back

Is there and rate less than 1 star? I bought 4 brand new tires one year back and now only 26000 KM and they need to be changed !!! And they told me no warranty !!! 26 k only , and they are rude and unprofessional , I’m going to Consumer affairs to show them the FUALTY TIRES THEY SOLD ME

These guys always have your best interest at heart. Always willing to help and trustworthy. It's hard to find genuine stores like this. Great prices, friendly service, they know their stuff. Highly recommend! Today I went in because I could hear something was loose under my car, brought it in straight away, served straight away, they got me out in the workshop and showed me underneath my car (which was fun!) and DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In & out job done within 10 minutes!
