I normally use Mt Mint in Cairns where you pay, receive a receipt & docket number. I wanted to pay when quoted $20 for engraving today, told to pay on collecting. Returned and told to pay $30 by another man, I replied the 1st man said $20 - but 1st man held 3 fingers up. Not happy. Just get them to write the price down before leaving your item if they decline payment.

Had to renew the wristband on my watch today, Sunday, and visited Mr Minute at Erina Fair who looked after me immediately! Gave great service, replaced the old broken wristband with a new one on the spot and the cost was very reasonable! Great service and a great business! This business provides amazing service and goes above and beyond for their customers! My mother recently visited to have the battery replaced in my Dads car remote, sadly he passed away recently and they could see how difficult this time was for her. As a kind gesture, Ravi took the time out of his own personal time to stop by and programme the remote for us on his way home. This was an offer he insisted on. Thank you so very much for your kindness, Ravi. We’re truely grateful and appreciative.

Needed new car keys" with flip key and three remote buttons. Mister Minit was absolutely awesome!! He was able to repair one remote and supply and program a brand new one at a very reasonable price (compared with the car dealership who actually recommended Mister Minit!!). Cut me a car key. This then locked me out of my car resulting in me calling a locksmith. Staff were apologetic, gave me a refund and store credit to value of locksmith. Not ideal situation but I feel they were friendly and tried to correct the issue. Definitely check keys before trusting them!

I am a very happy customer. They repaired boots of mine, and restored another pair, and walked me through and explained the products I need to maintain my shoes, and well priced. In fact, I am a Podiatrist and I took some cards for these guys, to refer my own clients to for shoe modifications.

Do not wreck your RM Williams boots or waste your money letting these people touch them. $90 and the sole came off 3 days later. Send them straight to RMs and let them fix it properly first time.

The greatest staff. Watch face came apart from my chain strap and I couldn’t figure out how to put it back together. One of the legends here did it in a couple of minutes and didn’t even charge me. Absolute superstars at this place.

This is a great little place to get your keys cut, watch battery replaced or shoe repaired. Staff are always so polite and courteous and look after their customers.We have used them many times over the years.Definitely recommend on service and price!
