Ceiling insulation got installed Over old style downlights, across the beams, some batts were split into half and quarters, didn't do some areas, including much of the outer roof area, they said they couldn't reach! Covered smoke alarms, which went off a week after they covered them. The so called inspection person told me they always cover downlights. The installers were unskilled void of knowledge in insulation and did a shameful job.
