Apart from one good dentist, Dr Riyon Choi, everything there is utterly hopeless from the admin who constantly mucks up my appointments (which resulted in me losing a tooth!!) to the system that consistently fails to the other dentists who are so rough and have zero care factor! Avoid this practice at all cost!

Once was enough for me. My very presence seemed to be an annoyance to the receptionist and I've never had such a slap-dash clean; over and done in record time. Teeth looked exactly the same as before. Found a new place and got a proper clean today. New place gets all the stars.

Inexperienced dentist - didn’t even look closely at my daughters teeth but concluded they were fine. She doesn’t know how to hold babies or pull babies lip up in order to inspect teeth properly. I had to pull my babies lip up for her to view. She stood like 2 metres far, doesn’t not appear to see clearly. She doesn’t use her touch to view either. She is nervous and not professional. Only went in for 2 minutes but charged $50 out of pocket even with bupa extra cover. I feel I just wasted my time and money on an extremely dissatisfying experience to see an inexperienced dentist with no skills whatsoever. Definitely will not go back ever.

First time here to had my teeth routine clean with Dr. Henry Ky. Was good experience with him. Gentle / careful / quick.

I have visited this dentist a few times and have always received the best service. After a difficult extraction, Dr Ri went above and beyond on her days off to get me into someone ASAP to do a surgical removal. It's so hard to find good health providers these days so when you find one you promote and cling to them. Thank you Dr Ri and the team.

Dr Modelski was amazing from my very first visit right up to my last appointment. During my experience of having my top teeth removed to the denture being made Dr Modelski supported me in every way, not only did he look after my wellbeing he made sure that I was fully aware of the process and ensured I completely understood what was happening and that I was comfortable in every decision made. Dr Modelski was never concerned over making more money from up selling products he was completely focused on ensuring that I ended up with the smile I once had again. Hands down this has been the best dental experience I have ever had and I can not thank Dr Modelski enough. Lastly I would like to thank the young lady at the front desk who also helped me with a smile and was always very helpful

Very poor service. Had my appointment time changed without talking to me first. My appointment was 11 am but they changed it to 11.20 am. Impossible for me to accept the new time because I already made prior arrangement to be somewhere at 12 pm. It would be too much of a rush for me to get there on time. I was offered another appointment at 2 pm with a different dentist which I had to accept as I needed to get my teeth cleaned before the end of the year to take advantage of my complimentary teeth cleaning provided by my private health insurance. I made my booking 6 months ago and they could still mess it up. In the past, they kept changing dentist at the last minute. I had given them feedback about their unreliable service and nothing has changed. I have decided I have had enough. Will be looking for a good permanent dentist in a reliable and professional practice. I had no problem with the dentist I had. The problem is with the management.

Dr Alfred is amazing. He is extremely caring, patient, kind and explains everything. And makes you feel very comfortable.I highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Alfred 10/10

Absolutely satisfied with the service here, make sure to see Dr Silvia, she is extremely professional and ensures the job is done perfectly before letting you go, which is absolutely appreciated because you do not get this at other dental. I had a very deep decay which is so close to the roots and was warned beforehand of the possible outcomes depend on my tooth itself. Dr Silvia ensured me to have a pleasant experience and this is the first time ever the whole experience was ‘painless’, I expected for some pain during the treatment but nothing! She goes above and beyond for the dental treatments and I do highly recommend visiting her. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
