Whilst the entire management team at Atrium have always been above average in my experience over the years, I really have to give a special mention on the performance and work results of Kirsty Martin (the current portfolio manager). Always replied promptly to emails, sorts out potential messes with a minimum of fuss and is, generally speaking, a real pleasure to have looking after the units. Don't lose her, Atrium!

I lived at the Atrium units in Buderim for a few months. Kirsty was a wonderful property manager, always very quick to reply to me and super helpful when it came to moving in and out. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and she took steps to ensure the community was quiet and respectful, such as with regards to the pool use and speed limits. Of everyone I've dealt with in years of renting and property ownership, Kirsty was easily one of the best.

We recently moved into the Sippy Downs development after moving from Brisbane. Before Brisbane, we were with Habitat at Atrium for two years. We have had a very smooth experience re-entering Habitat, with Conor (leasing) acting very quickly for an inspection, and Tracy being extremely quick and efficient from start to finish for the lease and all related matters. She had a tiny issue resolved within 18 hours from us submitting the entry condition report - amazing!The best part is that we are left alone - the property managers don't email every day (a good thing!) and are respectful. They simply allow you to live comfortably. The other tenants are also kind and helpful, always saying hello and up for a chat, and it is clear that Habitat chooses its tenants decisively to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere.Very happy with our new home! :)

I cannot recommend Conor enough for the amazing job he does. He goes above and beyond and nothing is ever a problem. Conor has helped me find our new home and I'd be lost without his service as he is the one that made it happen for my little family with his outstanding work and patience. I lived in a townhouse at the Atrium in Buderim for about 3 years. I loved the complex, was great with the nice gardens, pools and BBQ facilities. The townhouses are well priced, spacious, quiet and kid friendly.The management team were great and always helped when needed. Would recommend living here.

They have very good management.We met Linda Ryan 3 years ago and she is the best property manager I have ever met, everything in this property was under her control. People like her are a great asset for any company. their new manager Kirsty is also very nice.I can feel the difference clearly, when I compare Linda's character and professionalism with their new leasing manager for High Street apartments.

Absolutely amazing experience with the Habitat Staff at Atrium Buderim. My husband and I rented a lovely place through them. Both Conor and Kirsty made it very easy to do so. We had to unfortunately break lease due to the whole COVID situation.Understandably given the current climate, the unit wasnt rented for 2 months however, Kirsty was very understanding and empathetic to our situation, very proactive in trying to find a new tenant, and fabulous with her communication throughout. Fantastic service!

As an investment owner of one of the units at Central I have always found Ashley and her team amazing! They are prompt at responding, proactive in keeping the property up to date and competitive. The caretaker is amazing and hardworking. It's a great community vibe on High St thanks to the team at Habitat.
