David and his property management team have been looking after our rental property in Randwick for over 2 and a half years. He would have to be the best property manager I have worked with, and I've worked with many over the years. He is always responsive, he thinks ahead and raises ideas for how best to solve problems or improve the property. He has taken on more than I would expect a property manager to do; arranging quotes, popping in to the property to check on tradespeople and keeping me informed along the way. This is a reflection of his own high standards of professionalism but also the ethos of Belle Property team. They are good operators and good people.
