Ordered ice cream cake for my daughters birthday, unfortunately I wasn’t home when the delivery driver arrived. He waited 30 mins for me to get home insisting he didn’t want to leave the cake outside to melt. Great service! And to top it off the cake was 10/10 amazing! All of our guest loved it. Would highly recommend.

Find the staff working there very unprofessional every time I go and purchase something somebody charges me a different price I don’t know how the price or something can change so dramatically and also sometimes I go there they don’t even charge at all I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but their staff really needs to be trained properly and not make it up as I go along I hope their boss knows that they give away stuff for free

The cakes here are amazing and we now order from here for any celebratory occasion that requires a cake. I highly recommend the Nutella Semifreddo, Kit Kat Gelato and Nutella Gelato Cake. The Kit Kat Gelato looks amazing at any kids birthday and we even got the cake delivered. So much love goes into these cakes and it’s a credit to the owners. They obviously love what they do.

the worker with black curly had lovely service he was friendly and served me quickly he made the best coffee i have ever had i would 100% recommend this place to anyone i know, he deserves a raise for looking that good

Only rating based on my coffee experience which was ok. Ordered a long black and flat white which took about 15mins to make. The long black was good. Besides the long wait the workers were friendly.

This place literally has the best brownies I have ever had in my life! They’re delicious and super moist. Never had a bad one there. I’ve tried a few but my favourites will always be the Nutella and the peanut butter ones!Staff are always super friendly too.

Great experience. I ordered the kit kat gelato cake and it arrived safely the next day as promised. Delivery driver was really lovely and did a great job with the cake in transit. The cake was delicious and enjoyed by the whole family. Will definitely buy there again. Thank you Bannos.

Very positive experience at this ice creamery. The tall bloke who served me (7pm on 7/1/21 for the owners) had a proper charm and wit to himself, and was able to provide strong customer service based on all my ice cream needs.The ice cream itself is smooth, but really needs to be tried as the flavours don't necessarily align with the naming conventions. If able, I recommend sampling before buying.

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and there was a complication with delivery but Bannos was extremely accommodating. The cake was also delicious and I had so many people ask where it was from. Thank you!

Some of their products won silver and gold medal on cheese and dairy show on 2019.Well try the brownies cheese cake brownies, it was beautiful.They do served coffee and gelato as well.Coffee wasn’t to my liking, however it wasn’t bad.For me coffee was too week and not enough caffeine kick, even though I ordered piccolo.I didn’t try their gelato yet.
