Had to go through tribunal with my tenants and he made the process easy to deal with. Gordon is very punctual and consisted with his communication throughout the whole process of paperwork's from eviction to legal court dates to organizing professional cleaners to getting a new tenant in to getting a new tenant and sign off new lease contracts within 1 day turn over time period and lastly completing all the insurance claims through and resolving the matter on time. Myself as the land lord did not need to lift a finger ! It was a complete hassle-free experience and transparent process through out.Definitely very impressed with their teamwork and services.
