Really happy. The trailer is first class. They didn't have the trailer in stock that I wanted & it would have to be made. They gave me a date & the day before that date, they called to say it was ready. Perfect.The trailer itself is well made with nice welds & a thick gal coating.The price was right, quality great & the service perfect.Buy with confidence from these guys!

Went in and spoke to Winson who was extremely helpful.Ordered the the 8x5 single axle with a few upgrades.4 days later the trailer was completed and ready to drive away.Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Very well priced and great communication

Needed a trailer cage cover in a hurry. Went straight to Auburn warehouse and Winston was able to assist. Set it up easily. And also had the heavy rain of last weekend to test if it was waterproof. Did a great job. No more tarping the trailer with a million ropes. Great product. Great service. Excellent value for money. Thanks

Winson and the team at Balance trailers were very helpful and accomodating. After sales service was also great. So far the trailer has performed very well. Welding on the added ladder racks was a little sub-standard.
