Poolwerx Mandurah

We came to the area at end of 2018 and bought a house with a pool. Not long after moving into the house the pump on our pool stopped working. Only 3 years old. I rang another company first and they asked me what was wrong with it over the phone and I did my best to explain. Response was it was dead and that I would have to buy a new one, quoted $1000.00. I then rang Poolwerx just out of interest and was advised to bring the motor in and they would have a look at it. They repaired it at a cost of $149.00. Won me over. Just that little bit of interest goes a long way.

Cannot recommend Kevin, the technician enough. I bought a water slide from over east. The company told me it was simple to connect to water. Well....it wasn’t. Not for me anyway! I contacted Poolwerx and Kevin came out and took a look and left a quote. He came back a few days later to connect the slide to water. The job was outstanding! He had to lift pavers, move rocks and dig a trench but I couldn’t even tell he’d moved anything! He ensured every paver and rock was replaced perfectly! The water connection is fantastic and we can now enjoy our slide over summer. Thank you Kevin.

This business is awesome!!!Nothing was too much trouble to explain how to bring my pool back into a suitable hygienic swimming pool.To cap off my experience today I won a pool brush. Hurry in because there is only a week left of the competition.One last comment, you won't get loaded up with dozens of chemicals here because they only recommend what you need. Well done Poolwerx.

One staff member is quite blunt, throws out alot of technical talk (which didn’t help us as new pool owners) and unfortunately gave us incorrect information and advice regarding what we needed to do with our pool filtration system and water chemistry on more than one occasion, as we subsequently found out through other technicians. Other staff are helpful and friendly however we have gone elsewhere

I have been a Poolwerx Mandurah customer for over 8 years. During that time I have found Karen and her fantastic team to be helpful, obliging, friendly, attentive with a committed attention to exceptional customer service. If I have any issues with my pool they are always there with helpful advice.Never is there any pressure to buy what is not need needed, in fact when they go through the pool balance computer print out, it may advise the addition of a specific chemical, but often they say don't worry about that wait and see after you have done these other steps!!!Prior to using Poolwerx I was paying an exorbitant amount of money maintaining my rather large swimming pool, since changing to Poolwerx my costs per year are now less than a quarter of what I was paying beforehand.Poolwerx Mandurah treat all their customers with respect and a friendly attitude. This is one of the main reasons I continue to go there.Saturdays during summer can be rediculously busy, you can just leave your pool sample on the counter and return later. Sometimes people are in a hurry will just have a question to ask , which they do and they get a response, whist the attendees are carrying out pool tests for other customers.Another marvellous point about Poolwerx is they make you feel 'part of the family' I can understand why someone would think that a personal conversation is being had, usually they are just going that little extra service-wise, in this insular day and age often the only conversation a person gets is when they are shopping, going to the doctors. Poolwerx make a customer feel welcomed and valued, something that is sadly missing in this fast paced world.Keep up the great work Karen ( and your team), I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Parts prices are very expensive as are their labour charges

The staff at Poolwerx Mandurah are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I live in Pinjarra!
