Our first time using NoBirds in Perth..They were just excellent. Staff were friendly but efficient & courteous. If you are worried because they dont have an office at Perth Airport, relax..they pick you up in their bus from the airport within minutes. Same returning the car..They bus you back to the Airport within minutes. Can recommend them highly. Do yourself a favour & try them..you wont be disappointed.

Great, great value; excellent car. Take the very reasonably-priced full insurance for peace of mind ($0 liability) and only $200 bond (to cover any upside incidentals, should there be any - fair enough; refunded promptly). Cars are new or near-new (depending on the option you choose) and in top condition. Windscreen glass and rear window could be a little cleaner. Full out / full in fuel policy. Staff matter of fact and quick (if you want to have a conversation, go to a nearby cafe).

This is by far the best car rental place in Sydney. I was at the airport and I had an issue on my befall where I couldn’t get the car. I called them and they came in a minibus to pick me and some others up and take us to their place. There I talked with the guys and they got me a car no extra charge.

Great car hire! Booking was easy, I booked a car the night before our trip using my mobile phone. Next day I picked up the car with very minimal documentations so it was a breeze. Prices are very competitive too. I got the 2022 Rav4 Hybrid and its was smooth and clean.The only thing that I didn't like were the child seats they were old and not isofix ready yet so installation took some time.But overall it was a great experience and will definitely recommend to my mates.

Fantastic service and experience at the Sydney Airport branch. Was in and out in only a couple of minutes when picking up, and about the same when dropping off. The shuttle to the airport was comfortable and fast, and we saved a fortune. I just wish there were more branches in different cities, but when I'm in Sydney next I'll definitely be using them.The car was clean and new. Absolutely no complaints.The $5/day rental excess insurance works out miles cheaper than the big rental companies who often want upwards of $30/day for the same thing.

Competitively priced car rental and you can have any colour car you want as long as it’s white!! The staff were helpful, friendly and polite - the overall service was excellent and the car we hired was clean, tidy and we resist purpose well. On that basis, I’d certainly recommend them.

Don’t waste your time. Of all the rental cars I’ve hired in 30 years NEVER have I been subjected and rejected to a credit check. I have no defaults but a score under 600 meant no rental. This is despite the full insurance I took plus paying for the vehicle and the additional $300 bond they demand. Worst company policy ever. ZERO stars

Very good rates compared to Avis, Hertz etc however the rental process includes a credit check (name only) and a compulsory $2000 deposit unless you take their excess reduction insurance at $5 per day. All this is in the fine print so would be nice to be more transparent about it (the heavily advertised discount rate can’t be achieved without paying for insurance so a little sneaky)Car was clean, full tank and performed well so no issue there. My $300 deposit was returned to my card a few days later without fuss.

I wrote a review a few years ago but I wanted to write another as I’ve used Bayswater twice in the last few weeks while I’ve been without a car. The service is still top notch and such great value for money. Easy to order, easy to pick up, easy to drop off. The extra insurance is a reasonable rate and gives piece of mind. The cars are always new and clean and lovely to drive. Highly recommend.
