Nice place to buy home products at a very affordable price, bought some kitchen wares at a very reasonable price, I would therefore recommend it

Great shop but we stood at the cutting counter for a good 15 minutes while a staff member ignored us. Long lines at front counter to exit. They clearly need more staff and had we received better service we would have spent a substantial amount more!!

Amazing! organised! wonderful shop.Staff happy helpful and patient especially with customers that don't deserve this service. Very proud of a young boy working in the fabric section while we waited an waited for a certain women shopper to change her mind about most of the items she wanted n didn't want because of the prices, he checked every item an made sure the price was correct.We were all very impressed with him.. I congratulated him on his patients..Shopping here is the best.

The range is at least 50% the same as Big W and the craft stuff is very premium priced. They have some interesting items but not all staff very helpful.They do have excessively bright lighting inside, extremely sensory triggering, it doesn't need to be deer in the headlights bright.

I thought spotlight just sold stuff for sewing and knitting etc. Turns out they are a massive department store with kitchen, home and bedroom stuff as well. Reasonable prices too. Well worth a visit.

It was spotlight, so I got what I was after.I prefer Queanbeyan spotlight and will continue to shop out there.Gunghalin does not have an easy exit option if you buy fabric at the cutting counter. They are also not clear about where the line should be formed for the cutting counter so the staff take whoever gets to them next, not necessarily the next person in the queue. I found the whole experience frustrating and the opposite of what I am used to from spotlight (in Queanbeyan).

Spotlight Gungahlin was another beautiful visit to a lovely store. We enjoy going to spotlight for any material or manchester required for home. As we predicted they had the items we required and as always at a price we could justify. Would recommend for anyone requiring manchester goods.
