Lisa at Elite helped me buy my first apartment, and has been a phenomenal help and guide over the past few months. When I started looking for a property, I was feeling lost and anxious about everything from inspections to the settlement process. I weighed up how this was affecting me, and decided the price of a buyer's agent would be worth the peace of mind, and I'm glad I did.Lisa was confident, supportive and judicious in helping me find, shortlist and purchase a property. She kept me moving and motivated when I was feeling uninspired and has been unfailingly professional.When I found a place I liked, Lisa acted immediately to inspect and complete due diligence so I was able to feel confident in the property and the offer despite the short window of time we had to act in. Without her, I'm not sure I would have been able to do all of this, so I'm very grateful and of course very pleased with the outcome.

We found David to be very efficient and his communication style is straight to the point, cutting down all the jargon. From our initial client brief he was able to list street names and recently sold properties in our target area off the top of his head, I knew I was in good hands.Although our search was a bit tricky in the second half of 2022 due to the draught of listings across the property market, David and his team amazed us every time with their efficiency & connections across the industry when a potential opportunity came up! As interstate buyers, he was very accommodating whenever we flew down to Melbourne and took us along viewing properties at short notice. He pointed out the pros and cons of each property and gave valuable insight with his experience.The property we ended up purchasing only came to our attention on Wednesday for auction on Saturday. David inspected/video'ed the following day for us to view, which we were happy to proceed but was concerned with the short notice. Not a problem for David and his team. They successfully organized a building inspector and conveyancing done on the Friday followed by a market report. The numbers were finalized Saturday morning and off it went to Jordan at the auction in the afternoon. Jordan was also amazing and certainly knew the atmosphere of the auction and took advantage of it. Needless to say, I could have never managed the above process alone. David, Jordan and the entire Elite Buyer Agents have been phenomenal throughout our journey from selling our former home to helping secure our current family home. Elite Buyer Agents have been perfect from start to finish! Like many other reviewers - I was unsure whether a Buyers Agent would be worth the expense. And like every other reviewer here I can now say YES.I dealt mostly with Lisa, and her expertise was flawless. She understood my requirements so well that I was starting to learn that when she thought a property was not quite right... trust her. I did inspect some properties 'just in case,' or because 'those pictures are lovely!' and I could have saved some time by trusting Lisa's experience and eye for detail.Lisa's communication was always honest, polite, punctual, and insightful. I was particularly unsure about Auctions, but Lisa explained that 'what' and 'why' of bidding strategy beforehand. I was outbid - but still... Lisa at auction is a memory I will carry with me forever. It was confidence, and control, and experience. This is someone who clearly does have a deep down passion for what they do.Finally, Lisa excelled when fate gave me an unexpected second chance at that property. Having Elite buyers to buy an investment property was the worst decision of my life, and I do not recommend it. I trusted Elite based on its 5star google review and it was not a correct way of choosing a business. It is not a difficult task to have some happy customers in raising real estate market of Australia. Quality and professionalism of a service and business can be seen when there is an issue which based on my experience Elite is clearly lacking it.

Dave, Jordan and the team were wonderful. We had only recently moved to Melbourne and are first home buyers. Elite Buyer Agents are fantastic. My family is moving to Melbourne from overseas. Without any experience locally, we felt very comfortable with the decision on our residence. David and his team were available to show us every detail of the house and the neighborhood and did so in a way we felt he really looked after our best interest.
