My dealings with both Steve and Nathan over a number of days resulted in a decision to trade my vehicle for a very fair price and purchase a quality vehicle from them, again for a good price. Both young men were exceptional. They were patient, answered questions honestly and made the whole process very simple. Not pushy…no hard sell, provided very good advice. Would definitely return in future to purchase from them again and would recommend them to others. They stock a variety of quality vehicles. Worth checking them out.

I purchased a used Audi with a mechanical inspection arranged by myself.The experience is fantastic compared with other car dealerships. I was explained with all the details of the car, the contract and everything that I need to know before making a final decision to buy the car.At the time of this review, Nathan have helped me to a reasonable extent on a few cosmetic issues with the car.The quality of work done on this car isn’t the best. The paint touch up of the rear bumper has left traces of blue tint. I was promised to get a chrome trim’s replacement, however this was later removed from the contract presumably the cost will be too high for the dealership.I have been driving the car without any major issues. I will update this review once again when I get a better understanding of the oil leak that is clearly visible around the transmission and left drying marks on the bottom cover. It passed RWC which might not been an accurate assessment because of the amount of dried oil and how long they were there. I believe Nathan is willing to continue work with me if there is any major issues within the warranty period.

Had a great experience dealing with Nathan from Prestige Warehouse. Very friendly and seemed like he had all the time for any questions and wasn't trying to rush us along. We wanted a pre purchase inspection done and after finding a place we wanted to use he was able to organise transporting the vehicle there and back. After receiving the report back there were a few minor issues which he was happy to organise being fixed before we proceeded with the sale of the car.But yeah overall couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing our car. Nathan was a pleasure to deal with and if you see a car that you're interested in buying in their warehouse I definately suggest you go check it out.

Really please with the service from these guys. I dealt mainly with Steve. He was informative, and if he didn’t know something he would find out( rather than make it up!). The car was immaculate. Nathen was also a gentleman.

I recently purchased an immaculate 2010 Mercedes C250 wagon from here. I am from Sydney, and spoke to Richard over the phone and who told me all about the car. He was extremely kind and informative in regards to the logistics of an interstate purchase, and led me to feel comfortable enough to put a deposit on the car then and there. This was a roll of the dice, but upon arrival it was quickly evident that Richard was 100% true to his word. The nine year old car presents as if it is brand new.Nathan arranged the rest of the documentation as we kept in touch about the finance that I had arranged. Nathan showed me around the car when I arrived and explained all of its features and paired my phone for me.To top it off, Richard decided to throw in a years worth of warranty with the already very great value I was getting - simply because he is a good honest man that likes dealing with someone of the same character.I've come away feeling very looked after, and like I've got a great deal on a great car. From first enquiry to hand-over, Nathan and Steve have been extremely accomodating and thorough. After visiting the new dealership (which was impressive), they had the vehicle I was looking for but didnt have the specs I was after. Within 2 weeks, Steve had found the perfect car for me interstate. They went above and beyond making sure that the car was mechanically sound, no damage or smells. They even detailed the car and hand-delivered it to my house, with a full tank of fuel.Steve and Nathan were very helpful and answered all of my questions, explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I received a fair trade-in price and they put my custom plates put on before delivery.Overall, it was a pleasant, professional and seamless experience and I am definitely going to recommend Prestige Warehouse to anyone who is looking to buy a quality vehicle.

They were also extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had 2 sets of keys and a full tank of petrol once the contract was signed. Small details make the biggest difference.
